    How to Make Running a Habit In 11 Simple Steps



    Today was a Thursday, so according to my training schedule, it’s tempo run day. Tomorrow, I will be waking up at the same time, but with a different goal on mind. I will be doing a Yoga Workout, and later in the afternoon I will be hitting the gym for a CrossFit WOD (I prefer going to the gym in the evening for “productivity” reasons).
